Codename: “Tiger Stripe.” Hard to find more glorious wood figuring in a hickory handle than this! Spectacular. Danish Oil brought the grain out beautifully on this premium Hults Bruk 20in handle. This is one of the longest/heaviest designs we looked at, a classic “Hunter’s Axe” set-up some would say. Some might also say the length no longer makes this axe a true “hatchet,” but you can still easily use it with one hand, so we disagree. And look! An overstrike collar. We really should do more of those. Comes with a heavy 7-8oz leather matching mask a LAMACA two-sided strop (pictured). A very classy bushcraft set-up.
