Handmade in small batches, literally by my buddy Micah Hildre up in Washington, Hildre Pitch Black Axe Wax is a rich, dark topcoat wax that compliments and deepens dark wood finishes much more than your typical light/neutral color wax (we'd say the actual color is close to "espresso brown"). Darkens grain and brings out contrasts. Just rub generously into the handle and wipe away the excess with a soft rag for a beautiful, water repellent protective coat that can greatly extend the life of your handle. One 2 oz. can will easily last many seasons. Made in the USA.
